I was fortunate to have a very interesting career, with challenging roles and exposure to a large variety of technologies and business domains. For the past 10 years I was leading business transformation projects, aligning IT capabilities with organisational needs.
I am a passionate Agile practitioner, an earIy adopter with over 25 years experience with pure Agile frameworks and/or combinations of Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.
After over 30 years experience in process improvement I believe that I learned, the hard way, the secrets and challenges of succesful transition to new processes and practices, the importance of Organisational Change Management, the value of continuous improvement, how to manage conflicting priorities, stress, how to adapt fast to new organisational culture and how to influence and lead change.
I take every project as a personal challenge and a great opportunity to learn. I enjoy coaching and mentoring, sharing lessons learned from successes as well as failures.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
I am a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background. I managed Business and IT Projects , Application Development and Maintenance Teams and Project Management Offices.
After a successful progression from Analyst Programmer to Team Lead, Solution Architect, Technical Director and Development Manager I moved to Project and Program Management.
I delivered over 50 projects across a wide range of industries, from education and manufacturing to engineering and financial services, in private, local, state and federal government.
